¨ All orders are to be paid in advance (CIA) and shipped FOB Cleveland, OH. USA, unless specified.

¨ Order minimum of US$150.00.

¨ Payment will be made by Cashiers Check or Money Order. Wire Transfer accepted for payments of more than $1,000.00.

¨ Major Credit Cards (Visa, MC only) accepted with a 5% fee for charges under US$1000.00.

¨ At least One week for orders to be ship after payment is received.

¨ All returns must be pre-authorized by the home office prior to being returned. Returns or claims will only be accepted within 30 days from shipping date. Return requests should be made in writing to the home office. Any unauthorized returns may be subject to at least a 10% re-handling charge.
